The Classes
Hatha Yoga 60
This class is designed for everybody. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice. It's a welcoming entry point for beginners and still offers depth and challenge for experienced yogis.
The Yoga 60 sequence is built around 40 thoughtfully selected postures. Each pose is held for 30–45 seconds per side to promote strength, endurance, flexibility, and mindful focus. Postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students.
What to bring: A yoga mat & water! (we offer free mats if you need).
Hatha Yoga Express 45
Same as our Hatha Yoga 60 but in a shorter version. This is our express class when you need a reset in a little time. All levels are welcome!

Hatha Flow 60
While our Hatha Flow is geared more toward those with some yoga experience, beginners are also welcome, as the practice remains accessible and adaptable to all levels.
In this class, movement is connected with breath, creating a fluid sequence of posture.
